Years ago, Dimitar Kaladzhiev attempted to establish a fund with a partner. However, it quickly became apparent that the other party did not have pure intentions. “I am a good salesperson\u2014I sell easily, but I also buy easily,” he says. Dimitar Kalaydzhiev<\/span><\/span><\/strong> is not just a recognizable name. He is a benchmark<\/strong> in the real estate industry in Bulgaria.<\/p>

With over 300,000 followers on social media<\/strong>, more than a decade of active practice, and thousands of real deals behind him, Dimitar Kalaydzhiev is the most famous broker in the country \u2013 a man who doesn’t talk about the market, but shapes it. We have been considering setting up a fund for a long time. Dimitar chose a specific form for this activity, namely a private equity fund. The aim is to set up a special purpose vehicle and purchase a specific plot of land for construction. Each investment will be independent and will have specific parameters and potential returns. The minimum entry is \u20ac50,000 in order to reduce the administrative burden and limit the circle of investors. <\/strong>However, the threshold is still low enough to allow more people to participate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
